Do Nothings, LLC creates films and episodics that represent outsider youths. The complicated, diverse, changemakers. The imperfect, quirky underdogs.
Our first short, DO NOTHINGS, is a 10-minute film about, "Tamarin", a non-binary teen living in a slow-to-change rural town in upstate NY. The DO NOTHINGS sequel, I'M OKAY, was shot in the summer of 2020. A 7-minute short, I'M OKAY follows "Tamarin" as they escape high school, Covid19, and the social scene that they can't endure. This series of shorts will unveil "Jaden", "Tamarin's" brother, who has a terrible case of senioritis, and the complicated choices that teens face as they embark on an unknown future.
Our newest episodic is ZOOM SCHOOL, follows four teens as they try to collaborate on zoom to do school assignments. Using dry humor, this hyper realistic episodic is designed for the smart phone and has all the stuff of a viral series. Each episode is 5.5 minutes in length.
