Global Screen is the world-sales unit of TELEPOOL. In June 2018, actor and producer Will Smith and Swiss investment company Elysian Fields AG jointly acquired TELEPOOL, which has thus become part of Will and Jada Pinkett Smith's international network WESTBROOK Inc. Global Screen sells its high quality feature films and series to distributors, movie theatres, festivals, VOD platforms and TV stations all around the world.
Animation hit movies like „Ooops!” and “Luis and the Aliens”, thrilling drama like “The Collini Case” and arthouse movies like “A Thousand Times Goodnight” starring Juliette Binoche rank high in Global Screen’s track record. Current acquisitions are the highly atmospheric political drama “The Last Execution” starring Lars Eidinger (“Never Look Away”, “Clouds of Sils Maria”) and “The Amazing Maurice”, the prolific 3D animation based on Terry Pratchett’s novels, starring Hugh Laurie and Emilia Clarke.
