As if studying for the bar exam and maintaining personal relationships was not hard enough, Samantha Antrum is also dealing with the recent death of her father. Prior to his passing, her father confessed he wished to continue to "protect her from what's to come" but will not be able to. Samantha is so focused on progressing her career and mourning, that her relationships and health begin to suffer. She is being followed by a mysterious "Watcher" who has taken residency deep into Samantha's psyche.
