A newly appointed Sheriff, Kelly Jarvis, finds himself in the middle of a zombie epidemic, in a small desert town. As the body count rises, he learns the Mayor might have something to do with the disease. Everyone who eats at her restaurant ends up dead. Or worse, indiscriminately attacking innocent people. Kelly, a good heart-ed wholesome young man, tries to uncover the truth behind a string of related murders. With the help from his lover, Dr. Mariama, he discovers the meat served at the Mayor's Grill is infected with a virus that turns the men into murderous nymphomaniacs. Kelly's investigation into the Mayor ends up in a heated exchange of wits as the tough and menacing Mayor does everything within her power to stifle his investigation, including blackmail, kidnapping, and murder.
